Construction - wall, floor slab and roof are heavily insulated to provide excellent thermal insulation.
Heating - All units have under floor heating. Boreholes harness geothermic energy to heat the water and heating pipes.
Water - The rainwater from the roof is collected in underground tanks, to provide sufficient water for non-drinking purposes. Taps - Timed Spray taps, keep wastage to a minimum.
Lighting - High frequency ballast lighting is used throughout. This is very energy efficient, and powerful. There is no flicker and no noise, temperatures are kept lower, tube life is longer, and magnetic field radiation is minimised.
